SRI Physical Therapy is a private practice physical therapy clinic which specializes in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy. We perform a comprehensive P.T. evaluation and then discuss our findings with you to determine an appropriate treatment plan.

State law in Illinois currently requires that physical therapists can only provide treatment under a doctor's prescription. We can accept prescriptions from: M.D., D.O., D.C., D.D.S., D.P.M., C.N.P., and P.A.
